Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BidOrbit (the "Service"), including the public leaderboard, the Sun and planet ranks, the Kuiper List, checkout, and related features. By using the Service, submitting a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a rank. Before checkout you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Operator and contact

The Service is operated by BidOrbit, an individually-operated business based in India ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided from this website.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

What the Service is

BidOrbit is a paid public ranking rendered as a 3D solar system. You may pay to claim a rank — the Sun, one of the eight planets, or a spot in the Kuiper List — for a product website or an X/social handle, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent rankings.

A payment buys the rank that amount can hold at the moment it is confirmed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed duration at a specific rank, search-engine ranking, or any particular result. Someone else can outbid you at any time. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including boards, categories, and ranking mechanics.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law, including trade sanctions.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Dodo Payments' own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Rank amounts and outbidding mechanics are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy the ranking placement on those terms; the rank is assigned the moment payment is confirmed.

All payments are final

Ranking placement is a digital service that begins the instant payment is confirmed. All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full policy and the narrow exception it describes.

Listings must show valid company details

You may only list a website or handle that you own or are authorized to represent. For a website listing, the live site must display valid, current company or operator details identifying who is legally responsible for it. Details that are missing, fake, incomplete, impersonating someone else, or that we cannot reasonably verify are grounds for removal without refund.

Your warranties

By submitting a URL, handle, or payment, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to list that destination and to send visitors there.
• The listing and destination comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer, privacy, and intellectual-property rules.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company, and are not claiming a rank for a competitor's site or profile without authorization.
• The destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or built to deceive visitors.
• The information you submit is accurate, and you will keep it accurate.

Prohibited listings and use

In addition to the Rules, you may not list or use the Service for:

• Sexual, pornographic, or adult-platform content; chat, invite, or messaging-group links; or link shorteners used to hide the real destination.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or that exploits children.
• Counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming, or infringement of any third party's rights.
• Offers that require licenses you do not have (financial, medical, gambling, or weapons-related).
• Interfering with the Service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating click counts, bypassing rate limits, automated rank claims without our written permission, or reverse engineering.

We may remove a listing, refuse a payment, or suspend access at any time for a breach of these Terms, without refund.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
