Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026

All payments made on BidOrbit are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Claiming or raising a rank is a digital service that begins the instant your payment is confirmed: the listing is created, or your rank is raised, and the paid amount is immediately reflected on the public board. Because the service is performed in full at that moment, there is nothing left to "cancel" afterward.

No refunds for any of the following

  • Being outranked by a higher bid at any time after you pay.
  • A drop on the Today board once 24 hours have passed.
  • Fewer clicks, visitors, or results than you expected.
  • Downtime, bugs, or a category assignment you disagree with.
  • A change of mind, or a listing removed for breaching our Terms of Service.

By completing checkout, you request that we begin this digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent that Indian law allows that waiver.

The only exception: a duplicate or erroneous charge

If a technical or processing fault causes you to be charged twice for the same action, or charged an amount that does not match what was shown to you at checkout, we will correct or reverse that specific erroneous charge. This is not a general right to a refund β€” it applies only to a verifiable processing error, not to dissatisfaction with the outcome of a completed, correctly-charged payment.

To report a duplicate or erroneous charge, email bidorbits@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order or checkout ID from Dodo Payments. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to resolve a verified error promptly.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Because our no-refund policy is disclosed before you pay, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We may remove the associated listing and refuse future use of the Service in that case.
